  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT project/program management.
  • Core Responsibilities:
    • Lead full-cycle ERP and HR software rollouts, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
    • Architect and oversee the integration of AI technologies to automate business processes and improve data decision-making.
    • Manage the Office IT ecosystem, ensuring a seamless blend of software applications and physical hardware infrastructure.
    • Utilize Advanced MS Office / Project skills for data visualization, reporting, and timeline management.
