Research Intern, Environmental History
International Forum for Environment, Sustainability & Technology (iFOREST) is looking to hire two full-time ‘research interns; for supporting research work on environmental history in the context of India.
8-12 weeks, between May-July 2021
Students pursuing a Masters degree in History, Anthropology, Human Ecology are encouraged to apply. Exceptional undergraduates who have completed their degree and are waiting to join a Masters program in related discipline can also apply.
The intern must have very good research, analytical and writing skills. She/he will be required to do systematic literature review from academic/scholarly sources, government/government committee reports, and any other relevant resources, and prepare observational notes and summary of research.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are open to students working from remote locations/ home. The work and progress will be periodically discussed and reviewed through online platform.
This is an unpaid position. iFOREST will offer a certificate of completion following the last date of the internship.
